deposit for Advance Bookings

For stays of 5 nights or more and over 1 month in advance, we offer the option to pay a 20% deposit to secure the booking, and then pay the final balance for the stay 1 month prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before the day of check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid, less a $10 admin fee. For cancellations of between 7 and 14 days before the day of check-in, a 50% refund is payable.

For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival date and no shows, the entire cost of the stay is forfeited and will not be refunded.
